According to the House Bill (HB) 2345, effective on 7/29/10, ALL Home Owners' Associations in AZ MUST allow FOR RENT signs in front of your rental property. Currently, many HOAs don't allow this because there's no law in place. You will allow to hold open houses daily from 8:00AM-6:00PM. Have a great weekend everyone.
